Thom Redmond

Lead Pastor

Thom earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Miami, Florida, and later attended Regent University in Virginia Beach, earning a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. Thom's career took an exciting turn as he ventured into the world of news. He spent several years as a news anchor and reporter in Florida and Ohio, gaining valuable experience. However, his thirst for knowledge and spiritual growth led him to Winebrenner Theological Seminary in Findlay, Ohio, where he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree.

During his time at the seminary, Thom started his pastoral journey as the Associate Pastor of Faith Community Church. After seminary, he relocated with his wife Michelle and daughters Rachel and Mandi to Manassas, Virginia, where they planted Liberty Community Church in 2004.  In 2011, Thom moved to Lafayette, Indiana, serving as the Associate and now Lead Pastor for C3 church.

Thom has been married to his wife Michelle for thirty years, and his daughters are married. Rachel and Mandi are both serving in ministry at First Presbyterian Church, Baton Rouge. Thom is also blessed with a grandson, Matthias Paul.

Thom’s vision for C3 is twofold: First, it should be a church that provides the best opportunity to become devoted followers of Jesus, and second, it should offer each individual a place for healing and encouragement through life’s journey.

Thom's favorite life verse is Psalm 91.
