Bounce House/slide Combo Attendant

Description: This role involves overseeing the operation and safety of the Ferris-wheel-style Bounce House Slide Combo during our Easter Celebration at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.

Responsibilities:
Supervise children using the Bounce House to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
Manage the flow of participants to avoid overcrowding or delays.
Assist with entry and exit, ensuring safe use of the equipment.
Communicate and enforce rules as needed.
Work collaboratively with your partner during the assigned shift.
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Friendly and attentive demeanor.
Able to stand and be active for the duration of your shift.
Willingness to work as part of a team.

Schedule:
Time Frame: Two shifts, each lasting one hour.

Sports Zone Attendant 

Description: This role involves overseeing the operation and safety of the Sports Zone inflatable game, which includes three sections: Baseball, Basketball, and Football. The game will be part of our Easter Celebration at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.

Responsibilities:
Supervise participants using the Sports Zone inflatable to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
Manage the flow of participants to avoid overcrowding or delays.
Provide assistance with the rules of the games and encourage participation.
Communicate and enforce safety guidelines as needed.
Work collaboratively with your assigned team during the shift.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Description: This role involves operating the popcorn machine, bagging freshly popped popcorn, and delivering it to the inflatable storefront for distribution to guests during our Easter Celebration at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.

Operate the popcorn machine to prepare fresh popcorn.
Bag popcorn into serving-sized portions.
Deliver bagged popcorn to the inflatable storefront for distribution to guests.
Ensure the popcorn station runs smoothly and efficiently during your shift.

Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Comfortable working around food equipment (training will be provided).
Able to stand and actively work for the duration of the shift.
Friendly and team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to handle simple tasks efficiently and consistently.

Description: This role involves serving popcorn (free) and cotton candy ($1 per serving) at our inflatable storefront food vending station during our Easter Celebration at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.

Responsibilities:
Serve popcorn and cotton candy to attendees with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Collect $1 payments for cotton candy and ensure accurate handling of money.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable handling money and making simple transactions.
Able to stand and work actively during the shift.
Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Clean / Tear Down

Description: This role involves assisting with the tear-down and clean-up process following our Easter Celebration at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds. Your efforts will help ensure a smooth and efficient wrap-up of the event.

Responsibilities:
Put away chairs and tables.
Clean and store equipment such as the popcorn maker.
Collect trash and take it out to the dumpsters.
Pack up C3 Church resources that need to be returned to the church.
Assist with general cleaning and organization of the event area.
Follow instructions from the event coordinators and work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
No age limit: anyone willing to help is welcome.
Able to assist with a variety of tasks.
A cooperative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Time: Starting at 12:30 PM (until all tasks are completed)

Duration:
The role begins at 12:30 PM and continues until all tasks are completed. The expected duration depends on the number of volunteers and efficiency of the team.
