Welcome!  We are so glad for your interest in becoming a formal member of Crestview Community Church.  Please take your time to watch each video module. Benieth each video you will find button that includes questions related to the video.  Please fill them out after you have viewed the video.  Below you will find a printable PDF that you can print at home to follow along (or you may ask for a printed copy).  Let us know if you have any questions or concerns!  After you have completed the membership modules you will be invited to our next membership lunch where you can meet others who are interested in formal membership, ask any questions and take next steps in covenant membership with C3!
