Growing up in South Florida, Pastor Thom Redmond had a vision of being a journalist covering mostly beach sports….but God had other plans. After spending several years in the TV news business, Thom graduated from Winebrenner Theological Seminary, and along with his wife Michelle and two daughters, planted Liberty Community Church in Manassas Virginia. After seven years in the Nation’s Capital, the Redmond family relocated to Lafayette Indiana and joined the staff at Crestview Church…..sorry Thom, no beaches here in Lafayette, but we do have a great church family.

Todd Hair is the Associate Pastor for ministry development at C3. Todd and Tami Hair were high school sweethearts who dated for nearly 6 years and married on July 6th, 1996 (July 6th is also Todd’s birthday). After two years of marriage, they had their first child. Many more have come along since then (14 children – 9 girls and 5 boys). They have been in pastoral ministry for 28 years and have a great passion for serving and building the local church. As C3’s Associate Pastor for Ministry Development, Pastor Todd works closely with ministry teams and leaders as they seek to build effective groups, classes, programs, and environments where adults and students can connect, grow, relate, and serve. Along with their full-time ministry at C3 Todd and Tami Hair work together in their own marriage and family ministry, Love Ministries preparing, encouraging, and restoring Christian marriages and helping couples build strong Christ-centered homes. Bryan Oakley and wife Erin came to Crestview at the beginning of 2015. They bring a combined 20+ years of musical experience and have served together in music ministry since their marriage in 2004. Leading the Crestview musicians and vocalists, they pursue authentic praise and worship and strive to be ever-sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. To their friends, family, and six children they strive to be an example of the worshippers described in John 4:23. Erin Oakely is the director of Children and Family Connection here at C3. Along with her enthusiastic leadership for our children’s ministry and work at coordinating volunteers for our weekend ministries, Erin and her husband Bryan also passionately serve the church as worship ministry leaders. Erin is also a licensed realtor who you can count on to help you buy and sell a home here in the greater Lafayette area!

Sarah Arts and her husband Nathan have 4 children; twin boys and 2 girls. They are both members of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Sarah has a great passion for educating Pre-k and Preschool children biblically and in their first steps of formal education. She has her degree from Purdue University in Elementary Education. Sarah has taught 1st grade and was the director of a local afterschool program for 3 years. In 2014, Sarah began her work within the Crestview Preschool and became the Crestview Preschool Director in 2019.

Kelli Nakaguchi and her husband Jeff came to Crestview in the summer of 2016. Kelli is the director of Missions & Outreach and our Office Administrator. Kelli and Jeff have 4 children and not only serve our church and community as a family but use their hearts and passion to inspire others. Jordan was raised in a place known as Happy Valley in Central PA. It was only natural that he grew up rooting for and remains a loyal fan of Penn State. Jordan began his studies at Liberty University in 2014 where he met his wife Leslie and they were married in 2017. Before coming to C3 Jordan served as Campus Student Pastor for REVO church in Leslie’s hometown in NC. Jordan and Leslie joined the C3 pastoral team in January of 2024. They are passionate about Spirit-led community in student ministry, as well as equipping parents in guiding their students spiritually in an ever-changing and youth culture.
