You must be a regular attendee of C3 to host a trunk in our event.
Please use the simple form below to register and share about your trunk theme. NOTE: To have a trunk in this year's event we are also asking you to provide about 1,000 pieces of candy for the children of the nearly 2,000 people who will likely attend this year (based on previous year's attendance). C3 will be doing a Candy Drive before the event but we would like to use those donations to supplement your contributions.
We will be incorporating games at people's trunks this year. If you choose to host a game at your trunk, prizes and game supplies will be furnished, i.e ring toss, sucker pull, etc...
We hope to have 50 trunks this year.
The event will be open to the public from 4PM - 7PM. The Trunk or Treat will run through the entire event. Trunks are asked to arrive between 3:00-3:15 PM for final placement and set up as the parking lot gets full with vendor vehicles and emergency response vehicles after that time.
If you have any questions, please contact C3 Children's Ministry Director, Erin Oakley.
